The coffee can be preserved in an atmospheric environment such as a normal bag, but the aroma will fade away easily after two weeks; or with nitrogen, and this process assures a product life of some years.

The beans or grinded roasted coffee must be packed under vacuum, preserving all its organoleptic characteristics.

Concerning this matter EspressAroma has a special technique to pack the beans coffee: on the package, from which the air is removed as for a normal under vacuum package of ground coffee, there is a one way special valve that allows the exit of gas that are inside the package.
